I also kind of misspoke/exaggerated about free birth control; it’s still not free, but if you have insurance there won’t be co-pays. If you don’t have insurance you’ll still be screwed.

The problem is there was never a Schoolhouse Rock about how a guideline comes to be, or an executive order becomes a vaguely enforced something or other. 

Those don’t come until you take the bar exam, and then you have to make them up on your own and they make very little sense to anyone but you.
